Whitney Boateng, previously a Junior Promoter at Live Nation, started her career in music as an intern for Renowned Group doing music management. Her time there saw her work with the likes of George the Poet, Jacob Banks and Wretch 32; where she learnt the intricacies of the music business before recognising that management did not serve the purpose that she wanted to fulfil. Instead, she highlighted her deep affinity for live events and that led her to make the decision that creating tangible live experiences for people was where she wanted to impact within the music industry. This called for a change of direction and equipped with her experience, Whitney pivoted into live promotions and left Renowned Group to join Coda (Paradigm) before moving on to Metropolis Music/Live Nation. During her 4 years at Live Nation, she worked on an array of international acts such as  Megan Thee Stallion, Tion Wayne, Cruel Santino, Headie One, The Ends Festival,  and more. This year Whitney went on to join WME as an agent in the music PA  (Personal Appearance) department to continue to fulfil her passion in the Live Industry.
